agree heartily!! Too many new "Chief [blank] Officers", etc. in Obama's plan, and it worries me about his lack of executive experience. Only legislators think that creating commissions is the way to solve problems.

Too many chiefs not only means there's not enough workers to do things, but rather than leading they all get into fights over who controls what, so that nothing gets done,
